Intensive Outpatient Program

Glen Oaks Hospital offers an intensive, traditional out-patient program customized specifically for chemical dependency and dual diagnosis. The sessions are held two-four evenings per week, three hours per session for a total of six weeks.

• Program specifically designed for adults ages 18 and older.
• Referrals accepted through family, friends, judges, attorneys, insurance companies, employers, social service agencies, physicians and counselors.
• Treatment includes: group therapy, educational programming and emphasis on the family component or support system.
• Supplemental recovery support group encouraged (AA, NA, probation or social service agencies).
• Glen Oaks Hospital gladly accepts and contracts with most insurance companies and offers a private pay option.
• Patients can either step-down from other levels of care or be admitted directly into intensive out-patient care.
